Finca Hippocrene is situated in Koropi, an eastern part of Attica.
After entering the gate that lies between thick flowering bushes, you find yourself in a majestic driveway surrounded by wonderful old trees.
On your left hand, after passing the extensive open lawn, you will see the beautiful two-storey finca that overlooks the whole 7 acres of land. Next to it you find the feed room and the old stone building with the main well inside, including the water pumps that are needed to water both the landscaped and irrigated gardens and the arena.
In front of the finca lies the olympic sized arena including the two additional wells beautifully surrounded by bushes.
Around a typical mediterranean courtyard are two additional residences, 8 spacious boxes, the tack room with its own bathroom, a feed room and an additional storage room.
Main building/finca:
Constructed in 1990, it offers large open rooms on two floors. On its northern side it overlooks the arena and from the other side the courtyard with the horse boxes.
On the ground floor (75 m2) there is a generous and excellently equipped open space kitchen and dining area, a rustic fireplace, a drawing room and a winter garden (36 m2) as well as a guest WC.
The first floor (185 m2) provides three bedrooms, all of them with ensuite bathrooms. Also a large open space kitchen with dining area and a living room. All rooms have their own air-condition. To keep warm there is oil heating and radiators in every room. The building features three terraces. One to be accessed from the living room, facing north, overlooking the arena, one in front of the kitchen, providing glorious views of the landscaped gardens and one in front of one bedroom facing south, allowing the relaxing sounds and healing aromas to enter.

Located in the courtyard are a 55 m2 flat with fireplace and an 18 m2 studio. Both have open space kitchens, a bathroom, air-conditions to keep cool and radiators for cold winter days and nights.

The property is located in the eastern part of Attica, in the town of Koropi. It is in close proximity to the International Airport of Athens(9,6 km) and connected to Athens city center through metro/train and highways. The Acropolis can be reached in 25 minutes by metro or by car via the highway (28 km).
Despite the proximity to the vibrant city center the area maintains a rural feel with lots of vineyards, olive and pistachio trees.
It is also very close to both secret and managed beaches.
Additionally there is a plentitude of cycling and hiking tracks in the surrounding valleys and hills to find.
