The plane trees on the south side have grown and give their shade and coolness for any time of the day, for coffee, breakfast or lunch, and in the evening for a drink.

The landscape is calm and in combination with all the ornamental plants and the aromas that emerge, create the right conditions to live in harmony with nature, with the sea breeze and the birdsongs.

The sea from the north is 500 meters and from the east 300 meters.

The house was built in 2005. For private use can be built 200 m² in addition, and for professional, as required by law. Everything is legal and the transfer can be done immediately.
