The new complex is under construction and will be completed in 2023. It was designed by our architectural team to offer unique comfort and functionality.

It consists of 6 maisonettes whose areas vary from 160m2 to 175 m2. All maisonettes are spacious, sunny, with private garden and private pool (24-27m2). The design of the pools gives a continuity and a special style to the whole complex.
