Loan amounts starting from €10,000
Your income, creditworthiness and the value of the property in Greece will determine the amount of your loan.
When you are buying a house, a holiday home or a plot of land, the loan amount must not exceed the amount specified in the property purchase contract.
When you’re repairing, building or renovating your house or holiday home, the loan amount can cover up to 100% of the costs.
The amount of the loan also depends on the market value of the property that serves as collateral:
If you are not a Greek citizen, it can be up to 65% of the market value of the property.
The market value of a property is determined by an independent certified valuer or civil engineer who inspects the property.
Loan term
The term of your loan is calculated based on the instalment you can pay each month and the type of interest rate (fixed interest rate, for a specific period, or variable interest rate, for the whole term).
If you are not a Greek citizen, the term of your loan can be up to 15 years.

Loan Collateral
You will need to offer some form of collateral to secure your loan:
